The main character, Moro, is played by the famous Soviet rock musician Viktor Tsoi. ==Plot== The film follows the story of Moro, a drifter who tracks down a drug-dealer who had made his girlfriend into an addict. Moro has nowhere to live so Dina allows him to live in her house. Spartak owes Moro money so they meet in a cafe which Spartak refers to as "Parliament". Spartak is revealed to owe a large quantity of people money. Moro also finds that her boss is selling her drugs. In an attempt to save Dina, Moro takes her away to the Aral Sea, turned into a barren desert by the time they arrive. There Dina seems cured, but back in town everything starts anew.
